1. Wallet credit
Credit added to your wallet is spendable on services listed in the catalog. Credit is not transferable between accounts and is not interest bearing. Charges are calculated as quantity ÷ 1,000 × the published service rate at the moment the order is placed.
2. Orders and delivery
Delivery windows shown on each service are averages, not guarantees of an exact completion time. Quantities are subject to the published minimum and maximum. Providing an incorrect, private, or deleted link may result in a non-refundable order.
3. Refills and cancellations
Services flagged as refill-eligible carry a guarantee window during which a drop in delivered count can be topped up at no additional charge. Cancellation is available only while an order is pending. Once delivery begins, only the undelivered portion may be credited back.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the panel to target accounts you do not own or have permission to promote, nor to deliver engagement to content that is illegal, harassing, or violates the destination platform's terms. We may suspend accounts that place such orders and withhold affected balances pending review.
5. Account security
We never request passwords or two-factor codes for the platforms you promote. You are responsible for keeping your Pixels Panel credentials secure and for all orders placed from your account.
6. Service changes
Rates, minimums, maximums and availability can change as upstream supply changes. Orders already placed keep the price at which they were charged.
7. Liability
The panel is provided as-is. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including reduced reach or account restrictions arising from promotion.
