Cancellation Policy
Applies to all orders and wallet top-ups placed on Pixels Panel
1. Who processes cancellations
PixelsPanel is a digital services brand operated under AL-RAWADA BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS, which is the registered business name shown in the official FBR Taxpayer Profile. All cancellation requests are handled by AL-RAWADA BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS, the merchant of record for every transaction made on this website.
2. When an order can be cancelled
An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time while its status is still Pending — that is, before the provider begins delivery. Once the status changes to In Progress, the delivered portion can no longer be cancelled.
3. Partially delivered orders
If delivery has started, only the undelivered quantity can be cancelled. The value of the undelivered portion is calculated as (remaining quantity ÷ 1,000 × the service rate charged) and returned to your Pixels Panel wallet balance.
4. Orders that cannot be cancelled
Completed orders, orders placed with an incorrect, private, deleted or restricted link, and orders where the destination account was changed after purchase cannot be cancelled. Wallet top-ups that have already been credited cannot be cancelled but may qualify under the Refund Policy.
5. How to request a cancellation
Open the order from your dashboard and use Request cancellation, or email support@pixelspanel.com with your order number. Requests are reviewed during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (PKT)) and acknowledged within 1 business day.
6. Processing time
Approved cancellations are credited back to your wallet immediately after review. Where a cancellation results in a refund to your original payment method, the timelines in the Refund Policy apply.
