How customers purchase and how orders are processed

1. Choose a service or package

Browse the marketplace or the package tiers. Every listing shows the exact rate per 1,000 units (or the fixed package price), the minimum and maximum quantity, the average delivery speed and whether a refill guarantee applies.

2. Fund the prepaid wallet

Payment is taken on the secure hosted page of our payment provider. Card details and wallet PINs never touch Pixels Panel. Your wallet is credited in USD; the amount you actually pay is shown in your local currency before you confirm.

3. Place the order

Submit the public link and the quantity. The charge is calculated as quantity ÷ 1,000 × the published rate, deducted from your wallet balance, and written to your ledger as a single line item.

4. Track delivery to completion

Orders move through pending, in progress, partial and completed. The order page shows the start count, the delivered count and the remaining count in real time, and a receipt is available at any point.

Orders are routed automatically to the fulfilment provider attached to each service, which is why processing runs 24/7 even outside support hours. If a provider cannot start an order, it is cancelled and the amount charged returns to your wallet — see the Cancellation Policy and the Refund & Dispute Policy.
