Welcome to PixelsPanel. By creating an account or placing an order on pixelspanel.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About our service
PixelsPanel is an online platform where you can order social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and comments for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. PixelsPanel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of these platforms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You must provide correct information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- One person may keep one account. Duplicate or abusive accounts may be closed.
3. Placing orders
- Check the service name, description, limits and price before ordering.
- Enter the correct link or username in the exact format shown for the service.
- The account or post must be public for the whole time the order is running.
- Do not change the username, make the account private or delete the post while an order is running.
- Do not place a second order for the same link until the first order is completed. Doing so may cause orders to fail or get mixed up, and we are not responsible for the result.
- Once an order has started, it cannot be edited.
4. No guarantee of results
Our services depend on third-party platforms and suppliers. We do not guarantee:
- Any particular result on your account, such as engagement, sales, reach, ranking, verification or monetization approval.
- That followers, likes or views will never decrease. Drop can happen with any service, and the expected level is shown in the service description where available.
- Exact delivery speed. Start times and speeds shown are estimates provided by suppliers.
5. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
- Funds you add to your balance are used to pay for orders. Please check the payment details carefully before sending a payment.
- Payments must be made from sources you are authorized to use. Fraudulent or disputed payments may lead to account suspension.
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
6. Refunds, cancellations and refills
- Refills, cancellations and refunds are available only for services where this is stated in the service description.
- Orders with a wrong link, a private account, a deleted post, or a changed username are not eligible for a refund.
- If an order cannot be completed, the remaining amount may be returned to your PixelsPanel balance.
- Funds already added to your balance are used for orders and are [not refundable to your original payment method / refundable as described in our Refund Policy].
- To request help with an order, contact support with your order ID.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use PixelsPanel to:
- Promote illegal, abusive, hateful or adult content, or anything that breaks the law.
- Break the rules of the social media platforms you order for. You are responsible for following their terms, and any action taken by a platform against your account is your responsibility.
- Attempt to hack, overload or misuse our website, API or suppliers.
- Resell or share our services in a way that harms PixelsPanel, unless agreed with us.
8. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or close an account and cancel orders if these terms are broken, if there is suspected fraud or abuse, or if required by law. In such cases, we may hold the balance until the matter is reviewed.
9. Service availability
We try to keep PixelsPanel available at all times, but we do not promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions. We may update, change or pause services, prices or features without notice, including during maintenance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, PixelsPanel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of followers or engagement, account suspension by a social media platform, or any damage that results from using our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Privacy
Your use of our service is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date. By continuing to use PixelsPanel after changes, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
